Bank of India Introduces Nari Shakti Savings Account: Read For Features and Advantages

Bank of India launched a ‘Nari Shakti Savings Account’ for women aged 18 and up who have an independent source of income. Personal accident insurance coverage of up to 100 lakh, reduced health insurance and wellness goods, rebates on locker facilities for gold and diamond account holders, and free amenities for platinum SB A/C members are all available through the savings account.

“The Nari Shakti Savings Account is conceptualized as a financial savings tool to support working women with an independent source of income, enabling them to become self-reliant and enjoy a higher degree of financial freedom. For each New Nari Shakti Account opened, the bank will contribute Rs. 10/- towards the CSR fund, which will be utilized for the socio-economic development of underprivileged women and the girl child” according to Bank Of India.
